Vanguardis Tools provides AI-powered tools and agent deployment services for lawful business and personal use. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Vanguardis Tools operates on a subscription basis with a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

AI agents deployed through the platform operate autonomously on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for the actions taken by agents you deploy, including content published to third-party platforms.

When connecting social media or video platforms (e.g. TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube), you authorize Vanguardis to act on your behalf within those platforms. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms of service.

Vanguardis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from automated trading or content posting decisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We collect your email address and display name when you register. We also collect usage data related to agents you deploy, reports generated, and platform connections you authorize.

Your information is used to operate and improve the platform, authenticate your account, process billing, and communicate with you about your subscription and agents. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

When you connect third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube), we store your OAuth access tokens securely to enable your agents to post on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest and never shared with other users.

Your data — agents, reports, logs, and platform connections — is completely isolated from other users. No data sharing occurs across accounts.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data and agent data are removed from our systems within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (PBKDF2), and HttpOnly session cookies to protect your account.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
